QUESTIONS FAMILIES OFTEN ASK

We’re Here to Help You
Feel Confident in Your Decision.

Choosing support for someone you love can bring a lot of questions. We believe families deserve clear answers, thoughtful guidance, and the time to make decisions that feel right.

What services does Honorable Living provide?

Honorable Living provides personalized non-medical companionship and support designed around each individual’s needs, preferences, and daily routine. Services may include companionship, social engagement, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, assistance with everyday activities, and other non-medical support that helps individuals remain comfortable, connected, and independent.

How do we know what type of support our loved one needs?

You do not need to have everything figured out before contacting us. We begin with a conversation to learn about your loved one, their daily routine, preferences, challenges, and the areas where additional support may be helpful. From there, we work with your family to develop a personalized approach that reflects what matters most to your loved one.

Can services be customized for our family?

Yes. We understand that no two individuals or families are alike. Services are personalized around your loved one’s needs, preferences, routines, and goals. As circumstances change, we can discuss adjustments to the support being provided.

How are companions selected?

We understand the importance of trusting the person who spends time with your loved one. Honorable Living places a strong emphasis on professionalism, dependability, compassion, and appropriate screening when selecting individuals to provide services. We also consider personality, preferences, and compatibility when determining an appropriate match.

How often can someone receive services?

The frequency and schedule of services are based on the needs of the individual and family as well as availability. Support may range from occasional companionship to a more consistent schedule. We will discuss your preferred days, times, and level of support during the initial conversation.

How do we get started?

Getting started begins with a simple conversation. Contact Honorable Living to tell us about your loved one and the support your family is considering. We will take the time to answer your questions, learn what is important to you, and discuss how Honorable Living may be able to help.
